The position supports customers throughout the entire sales and fulfillment process—from initial inquiry and product selection through order placement, coordination, delivery, and post-sale follow-up. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience, accurate order fulfillment, and strong long-term customer relationships. Working on Saturday is a requirement, with guaranteed overtime. The role involves standing on feet a lot and will be based in the showroom.
