Job Description Paralegal / Client Services Coordinator (Full-Time, On-Site – NY) We are a growing estate planning and elder law practice seeking a Paralegal / Client Services Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do From your first day, you will play an essential role in supporting both attorneys and clients by: • Managing client intake, scheduling, and follow-up communications., • Interfacing directly with clients, ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and client-centered., • Drafting, proofreading, and finalizing legal documents under attorney supervision., • Handling administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry., • Coordinating client and professional meetings, including occasional evening and weekend sessions., • Monitoring case files, proactively tracking client matters, and flagging outstanding issues., • Supporting attorneys in estate planning and trust administration matters as needed., • Managing firm email communications and directing inquiries appropriately. You may be the right fit if you:, • Have 2–4 years of administrative, paralegal, or legal assistant experience, ideally in estate planning or elder law., • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail., • Possess excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset., • Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technology. (Experience with CLIO is a plus.), • Can manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision., • Maintain a positive, professional demeanor—even when juggling deadlines.
