Job Description Our growing company is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and energetic Cooks with a passion of food creativity and hospitality. Your role as a cook at the Recovery Center of Niagara is extremely important to our success. You will be trained and oriented in the kitchen and serving areas. Looking for independent individuals who take pride in their work! Job description Function will vary according to position assigned. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to large portion food preparation, stocking, delivery, serving, cleanup, washing dishes and assembling meals. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Includes the Following • Demonstrates/Articulates an understanding of responsibilities of the assigned positions., • Verbalizes and applies knowledge of current department policies and procedures., • Plan, prepare, and serve meals., • Participate in occasional catering functions., • Perform all positions within the kitchen., • Ensure food is held at the required temperature., • Keep work areas clean, neat, and organized.
