Program Design and Evaluation * Conduct routine site visits to assess program delivery, provide constructive feedback to site leadership, and establish improvement goals aligned with funder and NYE expectations. * Work collaboratively with Program Directors, school administrators, and stakeholders to meet and exceed enrollment targets and Rate of Participation (ROP) benchmarks. * Design and evaluate program activities that reflect community interests, integrate student voice and choice, and align with NYE’s mission and performance standards. * Implement and uphold best practices across all programming, maintaining fidelity to NYE procedures and funder requirements. * Lead the development of cross-functional work plans in collaboration with NYE departments, school partners, and program teams to support shared objectives.
