A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1971. We are seeking to fill the position of CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant. • Hourly Pay range = $22.68 to $25.87 based on experience plus an additional 10% for Evening and Night Shift Differential., • NY CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant License. The CNA will assist residents with activities for daily living (ADL), answer call lights, assist with feeding, collaborate with Nurse and other Certified Nursing Assistants and document all care provided. CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Job Summary: • Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs., • Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care., • Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding., • Assist resident with range of motion exercises., • Assist with transport to wheelchair and activity areas., • Monitor and record temperature, food and fluid intake and output., • Meet the communication needs of resident and family.
