Callen-Lorde is seeking a Primary Care Provider (NP/MD/DO) who specializes in HIV care to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. As a PCP at Callen-Lorde, you key responsibilities will include: Clinical Care • Conduct patient screenings, examinations, diagnoses, and treatments across the lifespan., • Provide care that is respectful, compassionate, unbiased, and consistent with evidence-based guidelines., • Deliver care in scheduled 20-40 minute appointments and ensure timely follow-up on patient needs, test results, and referrals., • Document all care promptly in the electronic health record (EPIC)., • Make appropriate internal and external referrals., • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences., • Three morning/daytime shifts: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, • Two evening shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Additional differential of $10,000 annually for obtaining and maintaining Board Certifications in the areas of MDs and DO's - Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, and Adolescence Medicine.
