Core Responsibilities • Independently program CNC milling machines and run them to exacting manufacturing requirements., • Use drawings to design efficient, repeatable processes for standard parts., • Complete setups and build parts within design specifications., • Identify and fix issues with tooling, programs, and machines; implement corrective steps immediately., • Choose tooling and define cut order, paths, speeds, feeds, and chip loads to hold extremely close tolerances while optimizing cycle time., • Keep spindles turning: uphold the production schedule and suggest improvements to boost efficiency., • Load/unload components and deburr to maintain top-tier quality., • Maintain a clean, safe work area, including equipment, tools, and attire., • Perform PM tasks: maintain coolant and oil, remove chips/waste, and complete monthly maintenance items as directed by the Maintenance team.
