Job Description About the Role The Project Acquisitions Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting MEI's project acquisition and development efforts, driving organic growth through strategic investments, market expansion, and the acquisition of renewable energy and storage projects across North America. This position is best suited for an exceptionally organized self-starter capable of tracking numerous deals from inception to completion, including managing multiple due diligence workstreams, conducting investment analyses and modeling, and supporting transaction closing processes. MEI has two tracks for analysts—one for all-around analysts covering all asset types largely supporting activities for diligence and closing, and another that will focus on storage. The storage track will support storage-specific transactions and include more energy market-oriented analytics. What You'll Own • Diligence – Collaborate with Deal Leads to conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisition targets. Job Description The Contractor shall provide Contract Facility Manager/Building Manager (CFM) support services to the assigned GSA Facility, Field Office or Service Center. Services include: • Inspection and management of federally owned facilities within the Field Office, including maintenance and operational inspections in accordance with applicable GSA property management principles, SOPs, and guidelines., • Inspection and management of leased locations within the Field Office in accordance with applicable GSA lease administration principles, guidelines, and SOPs., • Construction Management (CM) and Project Management (PM) services for repair and alteration projects in both leased and federally owned facilities., • Projects may range from under SAT to the prospectus project limit., • Duties include project estimating, scoping, development, design and/or design review (based on project complexity), inspections, punch list preparation, and project closeout., • The Contractor shall provide a well-trained and experienced candidate meeting the minimum qualifications outlined in this SOW., • The COR will generally be the GSA Field Office Manager or a delegated representative., • The CFM shall report directly to the COR and follow daily schedules and assignments as directed. 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1.1 Employment and Supervision 1.2 Professional Conduct • The CFM must maintain professional dress and appearance., • The CFM may serve as the primary point of contact representing GSA to tenant agencies. Review contract specifications prior to inspection., 4. Draft deficiency notices and cure letters for GSA signature. All formal correspondence must be issued and signed by a GSA employee. The CFM may coordinate meetings with contractors when authorized by the COR. 3. INSPECTION OF WORK IN LEASED LOCATIONS Under direction of the LAM, LCO, or COR, the CFM shall: 1. Inspect leased facilities to ensure lessor compliance with lease terms. • Review the GSA Lease Administration Guide and applicable SOPs., • Focus inspections on tenant service and customer satisfaction issues. 3. Prepare lease inspection reports and draft correspondence for GSA signature., 4. Coordinate professionally with tenants and lessors. The CFM shall not formally direct lessors; only GSA personnel may issue formal direction. 4. Job Summary: The Outside Sales Associate supports business development efforts by engaging new and existing customers, estimating projects, interpreting bid documents, and preparing proposals for building automation and mechanical solutions. This role builds relationships within the territory, collaborates closely with sales leadership, and develops technical and sales expertise through hands-on training and field experience. Responsibilities: • Interface with new and existing clients, • Define project requirements, estimate projects, build relationships, gather leads from established business partners, set appointments and recommend optimal Bosch Building solutions, • Interpret bid drawings and requirements, estimate project costs and write proposals, • .Work both independently and cooperatively within your designated area to close sales, secure business, and meet sales targets, • Develop skills required to understand sales strategy focused on decision-makers and business owners to establish a network and gain new business and expand relationships, • Collaborate daily with manager and team counterparts, • Participate in ongoing training, development, and mentoring, • Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: • Understanding of HVAC / controls / mechanical systems., • A positive Self-Starter attitude, • Good communication and people skills, • An ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions, • A commitment to ongoing learning to build upon past methods is essential Preferred Qualifications: • While an engineering degree is not essential, understanding of mechanical and/or BMS systems is preferred, and/or military experience, • 1-2 years of previous work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, Technical Sales, or comparable fields are also preferred Physical Demands: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, (ie see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers, • Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching, lifting of light office objects, and operating office equipment, • Sitting, standing, walking in office environments and construction sites, • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may be required to work at heights over 1.8m (6 feet) Working Conditions: In general, the following conditions of the work environment are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. • The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated.
