What You’ll Do: • Safely transport clients to and from their healthcare appointments., • Provide compassionate and supportive assistance to clients during transit, ensuring their comfort and well-being., • Follow specific instructions for each trip, • Maintain a clean and well-equipped vehicle to meet our safety and hygiene standards., • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of clients and fellow road users., • Communicate effectively with dispatch and scheduling teams to coordinate appointments and optimize route efficiency. Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers during transit. Educate passengers on safety protocols and proper behavior while on the bus. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of routes, passenger counts, and any incidents that may occur during transport. Requirements Valid CDL with school bus endorsement; experience in school bus driving or van driving is preferred. Clean driving record Background check will be conducted. Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks. Previous experience working with children or in school settings is highly desirable. Ability to maintain accurate records as required by the organization. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and their families.
