This role supports engineering teams by collecting field data to optimize coverage, capacity, and quality of service across 5G technologies. This position requires 100% travel. This position will support the Northeast region which consists of the following states: • MN, VT, NE, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned: • Drive Testing: Operate drive test equipment (e.g., TEMS Pocket, X-CAL, QXDM) in vehicles or on foot to collect RF data across designated routes and clusters., • Perform a Speed Test, • Data Collection & Upload: Capture logs for RSRP, SINR, PCI, throughput, and scanner data. Upload results to centralized servers for post-processing and validation., • Properly follow the test files naming conventions., • Reporting: Communicate with Circet and client point of contacts throughout the process and to escalate issues as necessary. Qualifications * • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred., • Familiarity with wireless technologies: LTE, VoLTE, CDMA, 5G, MIMO, Carrier Aggregation strongly preferred., • 1–3 years of experience in RF testing or field technician roles desired., • Experience with DAS, small cells, or CRAN installations is beneficial., • Must have good computer skills., • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record., • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends. Pay Range in the United States: $20/hr - $26/hr based upon geography, skills, and experience. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: RVE is seeking a water / wastewater inspector with experience in the field of water and sewer construction. The ideal candidate should be familiar with gravity sanitary main, sanitary force main, pump station and wastewater treatment plant components and operation. The individual should also be versed in water main installation, water supply distribution systems and the components and operation of water treatment plants. The individual may also inspect storm sewer systems and roadway construction. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in this field. They will provide construction observation and project management services for municipal and county agencies. PRIMARY DUTIES: • Perform constructability and plan reviews prior to construction. Interact with the design engineer with input before the project goes out to bid., • Perform construction management services for projects that consist of water supply and sanitary distribution systems. Including work in water and wastewater plants. Ensure the job site is maintained in a safe, neat, and orderly fashion by the contractor., • Provide inspection of contractors work to ensure that the work is being performed as per plans and specifications and regulatory requirements. Communicate with the project manager daily about the progress on the project. Keep the client informed of the project’s progress., • Attending and running pre-construction & weekly progress meetings with the client and contractor and give input on issues that arise during construction. Follow through with RFIs to maintain the project runs as scheduled and communicate with Engineering Team., • Conduct on-site observations of the work in progress to assist Engineer in determining if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, both alone and/or as part of a team., • Keep a diary or logbook of all observations and daily activities for ongoing work and provide Engineer with daily reports to include all labor trades and equipment supplied by Contractor., • Review applications for payment with Contractor and confer with Engineer on recommendations for progress payments., • Be knowledgeable of NJDEP procedures and requirements for management of a project., • Perform field testing of materials installed and start-up and acceptance of equipment., • Prepare a final punch list at substantial completion and perform final project review for project closeout., • Construction and building inspectors examine worksites, both alone and as part of a team. Some inspectors climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces. Most work full time during regular business hours. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES: • Applicant must have demonstrated experience in water/wastewater inspections., • Good communication skills, with the ability to work with others and the public, • Self-motivated, organized, and focused, with good attention to detail EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of 5 years of construction observation or construction experience directly related to one of the following disciplines: water supply and distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection and water / wastewater treatment systems, and roadway construction., • High School diploma or equivalent, • Must have computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Microsoft outlook. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES REQUIRED • Valid Driver’s License, • NICET Certification a plus, • Traffic Control Coordinator, • NICET – Highway Construction, • ACI - Field Technician Certification, • New Jersey Society of Asphalt Technicians - Field Testing, • NJDOT - Traffic Control Coordinator, • NACE - CIP Level 1, • OSHA - 10/30, • NASSCO - Pipe Assessment, • Confined Space Training SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position has no supervision responsibilities. The annual base salary range for this full-time position in the United States is $55,000 - $82,500. This range represents a good faith estimate and is based on factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. The range shown reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, education, and training.
