Job Description JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Appliance Load Assistant will work closely with the Route Driver to meet the daily Appliance Pickup Appointments. They will serve as the principle point of contact with the customer, document pickups, while ensuring high quality customer service. Job Description We are now looking to hire a technician for the New Jersey & New York City market! We have existing relationships with several major national retail chains. About the Position: Full Time Preferred weekly schedule is Wednesday - Sunday. We’re willing to discuss the weekly schedule with the right candidate if there is flexibility needed. Times may vary, but generally 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm depending on the customer's needs. It is expected that you will work past 5pm on some workdays. Once fully trained, you will be required to be ‘on call’ every 4th week. Weekend and overnight work receives ‘time and half pay’ and always a minimum paid amount regardless of hours worked. (Training period is typically 1 - 2 months, depending on the performance and comfort level. There is ‘training pay’ during the training period.)
