Ensure all work is completed correctly and in a timely fashion., • Must respond to emergency work and projects as needed including off hours and weekends., • Performs related duties as assigned., • Trade or vocational school graduate, successful completion of apprenticeship, or applicable experience., • Minimum of two years’ experience in related HVAC work., • Ability to work indoors in cramped, crowded spaces, usually not air conditioned., • Ability to work outside in all kinds of weather, at ground level and on roofs., • Ability to lift, carry, push and pull a variety of tools, equipment and material., • Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel and crouch to gain access to pipes, wiring and equipment., • Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools., • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check. Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm. Weekend and Overtime as deemed necessary. Must work all Major College Events that fall on weekends/holidays
