Job Description Job Title: QuadraMed Data Extraction Expert Location: Remote (Secure Access Required) Preferred: New York or New Jersey (Travel to NYC or Elmwood Park, NJ as needed) Engagement: Contract Position Overview "Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a highly experienced QuadraMed Data Extraction Expert to support a critical legacy data extraction initiative tied to archival, compliance, and EHR migration efforts. This role requires deep technical expertise in QuadraMed architecture, tools, and healthcare data structures within a secure hospital environment. Key Responsibilities Data Extraction & Validation * Lead structured extractions using QuadraMed native utilities and report writer tools * Extract large-scale data across Patients, Visits, and Clinical Results domains * Utilize UltiView and internal reporting tools to generate structured datasets * Validate datasets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance * Map extracted data for archival or migration targets Technical & Infrastructure Readiness * Confirm system access, VPN connectivity, and application functionality * Configure report writer and extraction utilities * Manage UNIX staging directories and storage environments * Coordinate with infrastructure teams to resolve dependencies Data Management & Compliance * Securely manage PHI in accordance with HIPAA standards * Monitor storage, disk utilization, and secure file transfers * Support testing, audit validation, and archival compliance requirements Collaboration * Provide SME guidance on QuadraMed data structures * Define extraction sequencing and troubleshoot issues * Participate in technical coordination meetings Required Qualifications * Deep hands-on experience with QuadraMed EHR platform * Strong expertise with UltiView and QuadraMed report writer tools * Experience executing native QuadraMed extraction utilities * Proven healthcare data extraction and validation experience * Strong understanding of patient record structures and healthcare data relationships * Experience working in secure, HIPAA-compliant environments Highly Preferred * Experience with large healthcare systems * Legacy data archival or EHR migration project experience * Hospital IT infrastructure experience For more details reach at About Navitas Partners, LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing Technical / IT staffing firms in the US providing services to numerous clients.
