Summary: As a member of our Housing and Maintenance team, Everas Facilities Technicians are responsible to perform routine building and housing maintenance at our locations throughout NJ. This work includes light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general cleaning, landscaping, vehicle maintenance, and safety assurance. Your handy skills and passion for home maintenance and quality DIY projects will be put to daily use in this position, along with strong problem solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
