Job Description Intensive In-Home Counselor Talk About It provides Intensive In-Community (IIC) counseling services to families in NJ that are connected to PerformCare, the Contracted System Administrator (CSA) for NJ’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC). We are currently accepting applications for NJ Licensed Level clinicians. Applicants interested to work as an IIC in the Middlesex, Essex, Passaic, Union, Monmouth, Ocean, and Hudson with the following (or equivalent) credentials are welcome to apply: Licensed Social Work (Supervision offered towards LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in good standing.
