We are seeking driven, people-focused professionals, including experienced closers, to join our team as Solar Consultants. No prior solar or sales experience required. We provide structured, high-level training and ongoing coaching to develop top-performing consultants. What we're looking for is the right skills, mindset, and work ethic. Car and driver's license required. About the Role Solar Consultants meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments and guide them through the process of understanding and purchasing solar. There is no door knocking, cold calling or prospecting. Every appointment is set, confirmed, and scheduled for you. We invest around $1,000 per appointment to put you in front of qualified homeowners. That's our commitment to your success. Consultants attend 8–10 appointments per week, supported by our industry-leading 70% sit rate. Scope • Attend pre-set, confirmed appointments with homeowners, • Clearly explain solar and battery storage options, pricing, and benefits, • Answer questions and address concerns with confidence and honesty, • Guide homeowners through a structured decision-making process, • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development Who Succeeds in This Role We hire for three things: interpersonal skills, coachability, and self-accountability. Proven closers will thrive here, but sales experience is not a requirement. Many of our top earners did not come from a sales background. We specialize in custom-mixed automotive paint, touch-up paint, professional automotive refinishing products, and online order fulfillment for customers throughout the United States. We are looking for a dependable, organized, customer-focused person to join our team and become an important part of our front counter and customer service operation. This is not simply a receptionist position. You will work directly with customers in our store, by phone, and online. You will help customers place orders, answer questions, research existing orders, and help resolve problems when they occur. We are willing to train the right person, but reliability, professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to learn are extremely important. Experience with e-commerce, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, ShipStation, POS systems, or online customer service is also a plus. Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus. Basic computer and email skills are required. Schedule & Availability This position requires availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Some Weekends may occasionally be required depending on business needs. Saturday availability 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
