We provide structured, high-level training and ongoing coaching to develop top-performing consultants. What we're looking for is the right skills, mindset, and work ethic. About the Role Solar Consultants meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments and guide them through the process of understanding and purchasing solar. There is no door knocking, cold calling or prospecting. Every appointment is set, confirmed, and scheduled for you. We invest around $1,000 per appointment to put you in front of qualified homeowners. That's our commitment to your success. Consultants attend 8–10 appointments per week, supported by our industry-leading 70% sit rate. Scope • Attend pre-set, confirmed appointments with homeowners, • Clearly explain solar and battery storage options, pricing, and benefits, • Answer questions and address concerns with confidence and honesty, • Guide homeowners through a structured decision-making process, • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development Who Succeeds in This Role We hire for three things: interpersonal skills, coachability, and self-accountability. Proven closers will thrive here, but sales experience is not a requirement. Many of our top earners did not come from a sales background. Position Summary The Junior Handyman will assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with various construction, maintenance, and finishing tasks on luxury custom home projects. This role is ideal for a dedicated, hardworking individual who is eager to learn, take direction, and develop hands-on skills in residential construction. The right candidate will take pride in their work and demonstrate reliability, initiative, and attention to detail. Previous construction experience is preferred but not required. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
