About the Role: The Production Support role is the daily facilitator for preparing all products needed for fulfillment. The production team must work at high levels of production efficiency, safety, and hygiene. The Production Support is expected to follow, maintain, and hold the team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Shifts are 10 hours Monday through Thursday within the hours of 7am to 5:30pm. Flexible friday schedules required. Job Description JOB DEFINITION: Responsible for processing referrals and maintain occupancy rates. Perform outreach to referral sources. Ensure/Confirm benefits for prospective new residents.
