Job Description Job Summary: As a dealer trade driver your primary responsibilities are to deliver vehicles to dealerships and customers while keeping the vehicle in excellent condition. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties as assigned) • Verifying the vehicle identification and stock number match relevant paperwork., • Checking that all reference guides, wheel locks, and keys transfer with the traded car, • Ensure the vehicle is clean and undamaged throughout transport., • Provide pick up and drop off services for customers., • High School Diploma or GED (General Equivalent Diploma). Additional Requirements: • Communication and interpersonal skills., • Time-management and organizational abilities., • Automotive sales and customer service knowledge., • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, bend, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists., • Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects., • Work is performed in a dealership setting (lot, showroom, service department and offices)., • Hazards: Slips, trips and falls, ergonomic injuries, and occasional lifting., • Safety Precautions: Breaks are encouraged to allow for stretching and training is provided covering slips, trips, and falls, safe lifting and stretching techniques.Disclaimer:, • All requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities., • This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) occupying this position.
