We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Support department in our Lynbrook, NY office. THE ROLE-DETAIL & SUPPORT FOCUS As the Estimating Assistant, you will provide critical support to our Service and Alterations teams. The core of this position requires exceptional typing speed (50 WPM minimum) and a meticulous approach to administrative tasks. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely production of essential documentation. Key Responsibilities Include: • Document Generation: Accurately type and process all estimates and corresponding revisions., • Correspondence: Manage the distribution of completed estimates and information to customers and general contractors via email., • System & Filing Management: Maintain rigorous organization by creating physical folders, filing documents, and organizing filing cabinets.
