Job DescriptionEntry‑Level Laboratory Technician Schedule: Full‑time Experience Level: Entry Level (Training Provided) Why You’ll Like This Role This is a great opportunity to break into the laboratory environment and gain hands‑on experience in a regulated manufacturing setting. No degree required—we provide training and ongoing cross‑training so you can grow your skills and responsibilities over time. What You’ll Do As a Laboratory Technician, you’ll play a key role in day‑to‑day lab operations, supporting vial preparation, media preparation, and equipment cleaning/calibration. Responsibilities include: • Prepare vial pans by rinsing with WFI (Water for Injection), • Operate the Cozzoli GW‑24 Vial Washing Unit for vial washing prior to fill, • Label vial pans with accurate product and batch information, • Prepare media following manufacturing SOPs and complete batch documentation, • Clean laboratory glassware and operate the autoclave, • Review and maintain equipment logbooks and calibration records, • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, • Cross‑train in additional lab functions as your skills developWhat We’re Looking For, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English, • Basic math skills and attention to detail, • Comfortable working in a lab or regulated manufacturing environment, • Willingness to perform cleaning and repetitive tasks, • Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical work, • Laboratory or lab‑like work, • Biology or science coursework, • Specimen collection or processing, • Manufacturing, cleaning, or quality‑focused roles, • Following SOPs and documentation proceduresPay & Benefits, • Paid holidays and sick time, • Stable, full‑time schedule, • On‑the‑job training and skill development Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
