JOB SUMMARY Assist in the chemical testing of food products, ingredients, and other matrices with primary functions in solution and reagent preparation, sample homogenization, proximate analysis chemistry instrument use (balance, oven, furnace, and extractors), chemistry extractions and procedures, and glassware maintenance.
