The Floating Hospital is a Federally Qualified Health Center and the largest provider to homeless families living in family shelters and domestic violence safe houses throughout all five boroughs. TFH is seeking an experienced, passionate, and detail-oriented homeless family outreach manager to represent TFH in its relationships with directors of both homeless family shelters and domestic violence safe houses. This managerial position will supervise several outreach staff, will build strong partnerships with case managers and social workers at the non-profits who operate the shelters and safe houses, and ensure effective coordination within TFH departments that serve both populations. Data and reporting experience is expected. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Clinical Administration/Chief Medical Officer, the successful candidate will oversee up to 5.0 FTEs. This is an on-site, Monday – Friday position, with some evening work related to attending and presenting at workshops/fairs as required.
