As the firm continues to grow, we are seeking an organized, proactive, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department. Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will support the execution of Cona Elder Law’s marketing, content, event, community, and philanthropic initiatives under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing. This is a hands-on execution role. The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for driving the firm’s marketing strategy, campaign direction, brand vision, and overall marketing priorities. The Marketing Manager will help bring those plans to life through strong organization, follow-through, content coordination, campaign support, vendor management, and consistent execution across platforms. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented marketing doer who can manage multiple moving pieces, keep projects on track, support content and email workflows, assist with events, coordinate vendors, and help maintain marketing systems, calendars, and assets. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Execution & Department Support • Support the Vice President of Marketing in executing marketing plans, campaigns, and firm initiatives., • Help translate marketing priorities into organized tasks, timelines, and deliverables., • Maintain marketing calendars, content trackers, campaign schedules, and shared project documentation., • Coordinate marketing tasks across social media, email, website content, blogs, webinars, events, attorney spotlights, and community outreach., • Keep projects moving by tracking deadlines, following up on outstanding items, and organizing next steps., • Support internal communication with attorneys, leadership, vendors, community partners, and team members as needed., • Assist with department reporting by updating existing reports, charts, trackers, and marketing activity summaries. Social Media & Content Support • Schedule, publish, and help manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms., • Assist with drafting captions, posts, social copy, email blurbs, blog summaries, and promotional content., • Repurpose approved content across platforms, including turning videos, blogs, webinars, and event photos into usable marketing assets., • Help maintain a consistent and organized social media publishing schedule., • Ensure content follows firm branding, tone, messaging, and formatting guidelines., • Coordinate needed graphics, photos, videos, links, captions, and approvals. Blog, Website & Digital Content • Support blog production by coordinating topics, attorney input, drafts, deadlines, edits, and publishing timelines., • Assist with writing, editing, formatting, uploading, and publishing website content., • Update event pages, webinar listings, attorney spotlights, community initiatives, and firm news as needed., • Help maintain accurate links, categories, tags, images, and basic SEO elements., • Ensure website content is organized, current, and aligned with approved messaging., • WordPress experience is strongly preferred. Email Marketing • Assist with creating, formatting, scheduling, and deploying email marketing campaigns., • Support emails related to blogs, webinars, events, firm announcements, attorney spotlights, community initiatives, and educational content., • Coordinate email assets including copy, graphics, lists, links, registration pages, and approvals., • Help organize reminder emails, follow-up emails, and post-event communications., • Maintain consistent branding and formatting across email campaigns., • Mailchimp experience is strongly preferred. Webinars & Educational Programs • Support the setup, promotion, coordination, and follow-up for webinars and virtual educational programs., • Assist with registration links, promotional emails, social posts, reminder emails, presentation materials, recordings, and post-webinar follow-up., • Help maintain webinar calendars and ensure promotional deadlines are met., • Coordinate with attorneys, presenters, vendors, and internal team members as needed., • Identify opportunities to repurpose webinar content into blogs, social posts, short videos, or email content. Events, Sponsorships & Community Outreach • Support the planning, coordination, promotion, and follow-up for firm events, sponsorships, charitable initiatives, and community outreach programs., • Assist with event timelines, promotional materials, signage, registration lists, giveaways, vendor communication, and post-event recaps., • Coordinate event photos, videos, recap content, and follow-up communications., • Help prepare materials and supplies for events and outreach initiatives., • Some event support outside regular business hours may be required, generally capped at approximately 8 additional hours per month. Vendor Management, Print & Promotional Items • Coordinate with vendors for print materials, promotional items, event supplies, signage, branded materials, and marketing collateral., • Source promotional items and print materials as directed., • Request quotes, compare options, track orders, follow up on deadlines, and coordinate delivery., • Maintain inventory awareness for branded materials, giveaways, event supplies, and printed collateral., • Help ensure materials are ordered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand standards. Marketing Operations & Asset Management • Maintain organized digital folders for photos, videos, graphics, logos, PDFs, flyers, templates, and campaign assets., • Support consistent file naming, version control, and archiving of marketing materials., • Keep marketing trackers, calendars, campaign plans, and shared documentation updated., • Assist with gathering data for marketing activity reports, campaign recaps, and leadership updates., • Help improve department organization, workflows, and repeatable marketing processes. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred., • 4+ years of marketing experience preferred, ideally in a law firm, professional services, healthcare, senior care, nonprofit, or community-focused environment., • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Comfortable writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting marketing content., • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at the same time., • Ability to follow direction while also taking initiative to move projects forward., • Experience supporting social media, email marketing, website updates, blogs, events, webinars, or vendor coordination., • Experience with law firm, elder care, estate planning, trust and estates, or professional services marketing is a plus. Preferred Skills & Platforms: • WordPress or similar website content management system., • Mailchimp or similar email marketing platform., • Canva or similar design platform., • Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint., • Social media publishing and scheduling tools., • Basic understanding of SEO, links, categories, tags, and website formatting., • Familiarity with YouTube, webinars, podcasts, video content, and content repurposing., • Experience organizing digital assets, marketing folders, calendars, and trackers. Physical Requirements: • Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time., • Ability to communicate by phone, email, and in person., • Ability to occasionally assist with event materials, promotional items, supplies, and setup.
