Job Description Job 18807: Calendar Clerk Boutique personal injury law firm is hiring a Calendar Clerk to join their Nassau County, New York office. The ideal candidate will have: • Prior plaintiff personal injury or insurance defense calendar clerk experience, • Bilingual Spanish language skills, preferred Responsibilities: • Maintain the firm’s litigation calendar, documenting and scheduling all court appearances, depositions, IMEs, and other litigation deadlines and appointments, • Provide administrative legal support including drafting correspondence, drafting and filing no-fault documents, managing deposition transcripts, etc., • Communicate case status updates to clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses and other involved parties, • Assist with additional tasks, as needed Additional information: • Salary: $40K - $65K commensurate with experience plus 401K benefits, • Full-time in office, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Nadine Bocelli & Company, Inc. – New York Legal Staffing, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
