As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier service to our customers by providing expert preventive maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades. This position requires Monday-Friday overnight travel within a designated service radius of approximately 150-250 miles, ensuring the security and functionality of our systems nationwide. Approximate Year-End Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on an hourly wage. Actual compensation is determined by experience, skill set, travel requirements, and geographical location. Key Responsibilities • Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades at customer sites, following established standard operating procedures to ensure optimal system performance., • Assist the AMAROK Install Department with site planning, jurisdictional compliance, inspections, and system commissioning after construction is completed., • Organize and prioritize daily service calls and route, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of maintenance and repair work., • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service, training, and support., • Provide assistance to other Field Service Technicians as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing., • Drive safely while following all local, state, and federal traffic laws to reach service locations efficiently., • Monitor daily inventory levels, accurately complete service reports, and submit documentation within required deadlines., • Must be available to travel Monday-Friday weekly, • Valid Driver's License, • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and installing systems (experience with access control systems and/or fire alarms is a plus), • OSHA certification and/or familiarity with OSHA compliance is strongly preferred, • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects as needed & safely climb a ladder up to 30 ft., • Ability to operate various forms of power equipment such as: aerial lifts, concrete saws, jack hammers, augers, mixers, etc., • Strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot system issues effectively Benefits: • Excellent benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision), • Tuition Reimbursement Program, • Company vehicle and company paid travel expenses, • Highly competitive pay (windshield time paid), • Short & Long-term disability, • Life Insurance, • Flexible Spending Account (Section 125), • Matching 401K retirement plan, • Excellent training, • Career Advancement, • Yearly Bonus Our recruiting experience is digital!
