You will essentially be mentoring our Patient Coordinators in developing a greater sense of Ortho Insurance Billing., • Monitor Pre-determinations sent to Patient's Insurance companies. Keeping an eye on their timely return to move forward with patient's care. Responsibilities and Expectations * Expertly perform a full range of residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations across all residential systems. * Diagnose issues with pinpoint accuracy across all plumbing systems, including fixtures, water piping, drainage, and hot water heaters. * Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls and efficiently troubleshoot urgent plumbing problems. * Provide transparent estimates and clearly communicate service recommendations to customers, ensuring they understand the work required. * Ensure compliance with all local and state plumbing codes and safety regulations on every job. * Maintain company tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working order at all times. * Accurately record work performed and materials used for all jobs via company systems. Requirements * REQUIRED Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a residential Service Plumber. * Must possess strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. * Proficiency with all standard plumbing tools, equipment, methods, and codes. * Must demonstrate high accountability, possess a low ego, be coachable, and maintain a strong communicator approach. * Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including lifting equipment, kneeling, and working safely in confined spaces. * Possesses the basic set of hand tools required for a professional Service Plumber role. * High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or plumbing certification preferred. * Valid Driver's License required.
