Why This Role As an Account Manager, youll be a key part of daily operations and customer success. Youll build relationships, conduct proactive reviews, resolve issues, and drive growth by recommending the right insurance products at the right time. What Youll Do • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention, referrals, and growth, • Conduct policy reviews and identify gaps, discounts, and coverage opportunities, • Recommend, explain, quote, and sell insurance products to warm leads and cold prospects, • Resolve customer questions and escalated/complex service issues with ownership and follow-through, • Proactively follow up on quotes, renewals, and service opportunities to hit activity and sales goals, • Track results and progress toward goals (quotes, closes, retention, follow-up cadence), • Support local marketing/community efforts that build visibility and trustWhat Were Looking For, • Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (insurance/financial services is a plus), • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly, • Goal-oriented with consistent follow-through and comfort in consultative sales conversations, • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple customer needs in a fast-paced setting, • Team-first attitude with a strong work ethic, • Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe, • Interest in leadership development is a plus (especially for Aspirant-track candidates)Compensation & Benefits, • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives, • PTO, • Monthly health stipend, • Chiropractic benefits (weekly adjustments and consultations for eight weeks), • Personal and professional development opportunities, • Hiring bonus for licensed candidates (if applicable)
