Job Description JOB DEFINITION: • Provides supportive counseling, ADL training, crisis intervention and restorative services (when applicable) to people with psychiatric disabilities in residential programs in compliance with relevant regulations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, restorative services, assistance in negotiating community activities and crisis management services., • Monitor, train and assist residents in all programs in household maintenance activities to ensure a clean, safe and homelike environment.
