Key Responsibilities & Adaptability • Expert Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site-level disputes. You must be able to de-escalate situations in real-time while maintaining company standards., • Unmatched Availability: This role requires a "whatever it takes" mindset. You must be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support our client's changing production needs., • Agile Workforce Management: Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour., • Proactive Site Leadership: Walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they escalate. Monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll., • The "Flex" Factor: Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last-minute schedule changes or operational pivots., • Warehouse Veteran: At least 2 years of experience in the warehouse or industrial staffing industry. Knowledge of GMPs is a plus., • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English & Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate across a diverse workforce., • Reporting & Compliance: Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, and work with Novatime or Timerack to support payroll.
