Job DescriptionJob Title: Sourcing Specialist Location: Floral Park, NY Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Environment: Full-time, onsite Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually (based on experience) Employment Type: Permanent Position Overview The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing sourcing activities to support production and operational needs. This role will focus on supplier management, data analysis, and cost optimization while ensuring quality, compliance, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, Excel-savvy, and experienced working in regulated manufacturing environments.
