Negotiate contracts and pricing to finalize new business agreements., • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on legal industry trends, technology needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory compliance requirements to ensure effective positioning of IVIONICS’ services., • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful B2B "hunter" sales experience, with a verifiable track record of exceeding quotas in Managed Services, IT Solutions, or Legal/Professional Services Technology., • Industry Knowledge (Required): A strong understanding of the legal industry's operational, technical, and regulatory environment is highly preferred (e.g., data governance, cybersecurity compliance, document management systems)., • Technical Acumen: Foundational knowledge of Managed IT Services concepts, including cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), cybersecurity frameworks, network infrastructure, and help desk support., • Sales Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
