Duties: • Patient exam/evaluations (medical history, physical exam, review imaging/reports and tests) new patient and follow up visits, • Order and interpret diagnostic tests/labs, • Referral for care/therapy when medically necessary, • Diagnosis and treatment care plan formulation, • Patient education as to care plan/surgical options, therapies and modalities, and post care instructions, • Perform intra-articular steroid injections, arthroscopic repairs, and total joint replacement (with and without robot assistance) if trained, • Documentation and timely progress notes, • Collaboration with the multispecialty team for comprehensive patient care, • Patient follow up and reexamsRequirements:, • BCBE General Orthopedic Surgeon, • Medical license in NJ, • Experience with arthroscopic repair of shoulders, hips, and knees- total joint replacement preferredCompensation (range):, • $400k-$500k annual base plus competitive bonus package (depending on experience/skill set)Benefits:, • Bonus package, • Vacation/PTO, • Health Insurance, • 401k & profit sharingOur goal is to help relieve our patient’s pain, improving their functioning and mobility, making our patients happier and healthier with an improved quality of life. Job DescriptionPosition: Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC) Reports To: General Manager or Owner What does an ERC with Paul Davis do? • Serve your community when it needs it the most, • Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events, • Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities, • Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer, • Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs, • Ongoing Leadership Development Program and industry events, • One on One mentorship, • Three months of structured training to learn the Paul Davis Way, • Access to Paul Davis University and regular training opportunities, • Cell phone and computer provided by the company, • Company vehicle and gas reimbursement, • PTO and sick days with a flexible schedule, • Base + commission. Our current ERCs yearly pay range from $50,000 to $100,000+ depending on their production.
