Title: Global Amazon Director Division: CDMO Team: Global ECommerce Reports To: Global General Manager, Amazon & Pure Players Location: Hudson Yards, NY • 7-10+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital, commercial, or media roles, ideally within Amazon or major e-commerce platforms, • Strong understanding of Amazon fundamentals, including commercial levers, CX, media, and operational drivers, • Demonstrated project management experience, with ability to coordinate across multiple markets and stakeholders, • Experience structuring and scaling best practices, playbooks, or capability-building programs at scale, • Strong analytical and business planning skills, with the ability to interpret insights and influence decision-making, • Proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across complex, matrixed environments, • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics simply, • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage, • Some travel required, • Experience in a global or regional role within a multinational organization, • Familiarity with knowledge-management systems, digital learning tools, or capability-building frameworks, • Global Partnership Management with Amazon’s GVM Team:, • Act as a core operational link between L’Oréal’s Global Amazon Team and Amazon’s Global Vendor Management Team., • Enable alignment on global priorities, business rhythms, strategic focus areas, and shared deliverables across both organizations., • Facilitate clear, consistent communication and coordination between Amazon GVM and local L’Oréal teams to strengthen collaboration and quickly address operational issues, • Support the preparation and management of key cross-company touchpoints, including strategic workstream rhythms and leadership forums., • Workstream Leadership, Project Management & Global Scaling:, • Project-manage the enablement of global Amazon workstreams, ensuring clarity of objectives, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment., • Support cross-functional collaboration across Media, Supply Chain, Commercial, Technology, and Data teams to scale proven practices globally., • Ensure global workstreams capture learning loops and feed insights back into the broader Amazon enablement ecosystem., • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or industrialize processes that support global Amazon acceleration., • Global Education & Best Practice Sharing & Enablement:, • Build and scale a global framework that enables continuous sharing of Amazon best practices across countries, regions, and divisions., • Structure and maintain a global repository of best-in-class commercial, media, operational, and technology practices for the Amazon business., • Ensure best practices are captured consistently, translated into actionable playbooks, and disseminated in a repeatable, high-quality format., • Partner with Regions and Divisions to identify priority markets and strategic opportunities for best practice activation., • Identify and Launch AI tools to scale learnings., • Learning Infrastructure & Knowledge-Sharing Solutions:, • Define the learning and knowledge-sharing requirements needed to support global best-practice activation and cross-market enablement., • Partner closely with L’Oréal’s Learning and Education teams to design, develop, and scale digital learning solutions, playbooks, and toolkits that centralize insights and best practices., • Work with Learning partners to prioritize formats, modules, and assets that maximize adoption, comprehension, and business impact., • Lead communication, onboarding, and engagement efforts to drive global usage, satisfaction, and continuous improvement of learning solutions., • Upskilling & Capability Building:, • Develop best-practice materials, guides, and toolkits to upskill Amazon teams globally across commercial, media, supply chain, and technology topics., • Partner with L’Oréal’s Learning Teams to create structured learning modules tailored to market maturity levels., • Support immersion programs, global training events, and education sessions that build Amazon expertise across L’Oréal., • Maintain and evolve the Amazon Playbook as a foundational resource for all Amazon practitioners., • Salary Range: $140,100 - 203,200, • Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan), • Hybrid Work Policy (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home), • Flexible Time Off (Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vacation Buy Program, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!), • Access to Company Perks (VIP Access to L’Oréal’s Internal Shop for Discounted Products, Monthly Mobile Allowance), • Learning & Development Opportunities (Unlimited Access to E-learnings, Lunch & Learn Sessions, Mentorship Programs, & More!), • Employee Resource Groups (Think Tanks and Innovation Squads) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride in a diverse environment.
