Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred) and four (4) or more years progressive Human Resources experience preferably in a large legal or professional services firm; or equivalent combination of education and experience., • Prior experience and working knowledge of an HRIS, performance review platform, and employee benefits database highly desired. The annualized salary range for this position $80,000 to $95,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. We are looking for an Account Director based in our NYC office to lead strategy and orchestration of execution for our client's brands while building plans and execution that deliver on brand growth KPI’s. The Account Director will also lead day-to-day functions of client service management and brand strategy with a focus on managing the brand and client side-by-side, all while maintaining agency responsibilities of driving business growth, revenue growth, program and team profitability, team development, operations and fiscal management. While our main office is located in DUMBO Brooklyn, we work as a distributed team with members reaching from Maine to LA, and everywhere in between. This position is full-time based in NYC, and we do require that part of your time be spent collaborating with the team in-person in our Brooklyn office.
