We are looking for a dynamic Account Supervisor to lead one or more hospital sites, serve as the primary liaison with hospital leadership, and oversee daily operations and team performance. This is a key leadership role that blends people management, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency in the fast-paced world of surgical services. Account Supervisor – Role Summary As an Account Supervisor, you’ll be the operational and strategic point of contact for one or more hospitals. You’ll lead a team of Surgical Solutions Technicians, ensuring the highest levels of service, compliance, and performance. This role is a balanced mix of team leadership, customer relationship management, and hands-on support within the operating room environment. Reporting to the Account Manager, you’ll work closely with hospital staff and Surgical Solutions leadership to ensure seamless delivery of services every single day. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Surgical Solutions Technicians at one or more hospital sites., • Interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members to align talent with hospital needs., • Deliver ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions, while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration., • Set clear expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure optimal team performance., • Build and maintain a culture rooted in dignity, respect, and service excellence., • Oversee scheduling, on-call coverage, and timekeeping using company platforms., • Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure strong internal communication., • Serve as the primary on-site contact for hospital leadership and key stakeholders., • Conduct regular check-ins with hospital partners to maintain service quality., • Ensure accurate and timely supply ordering, inventory control, and resource planning., • Manage personnel files, certification records, and maintain full compliance with hospital credentialing and health requirements., • Prepare accurate reports, invoices, and provide operations and finance data as needed., • Be a hands-on leader in a clinical setting, providing direct assistance during surgical procedures., • Support pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative functions, ensuring smooth turnover and timely preparation., • Set up and maintain surgical equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure video systems function properly., • Manage equipment repairs, maintenance, and vendor coordination., • Maintain sterile field integrity and adhere to high standards in decontamination, sterilization, and instrument processing., • Maintain up-to-date, real-time entries in SCMP, ensuring complete and accurate case documentation., • Oversee site-wide adoption of digital tools, train team members, and ensure 98%+ usage compliance., • Submit reports and resolve rejected cases within 24 hours., • Serve as team liaison for monthly SCMP calls, feature requests, and troubleshooting., • Strong leadership presence with proven ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment., • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to liaise confidently with clinicians and executives., • High emotional intelligence with a respectful, empathetic approach to team management., • Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent on-site presence during standard and rotating shifts., • Ability to work independently while contributing meaningfully as part of a high-performance team., • Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred., • Certification: CRCST required (Surgical Solutions will support certification if not currently held)., • Experience:, • 4+ years of frontline supervisory experience, • 4+ years of clinical setting or surgical services experience, • Prior experience managing 2–15 direct reports, • ERP system experience a plus, • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); digital reporting and case tracking systems experience preferred. This role is paid on an annual basis ranging from $65,000 - $75,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
