This role will be located at our Spy Ring Golf Course and will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily golf operations while executing and expanding organized play, instructional programs, player development, guest engagement, and the conversion of new and returning golfers. The position works in close alignment with the General Manager and Vice President of Golf Operations and has responsibility for training and development of direct reports and other golf staff. The Head Golf Professional is expected to function as both a revenue driver and culture builder, strengthening current performance while fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment that encourages repeat play and long-term growth within the local golf community.
