About the role: We're looking for a Consultant Relations VP to own Garner's relationship with the largest broker and consulting firms nationally. This role's focus is relationship management, understanding client needs, and day-to-day execution. As the point of contact for key consulting partners, the VP will have the direct impact in the scaling of Garner's core business. You will work closely with our Sales, Product, and Business Development teams to drive Garner's presence in the marketplace and will report directly to the SVP of Strategic Alliances. This position is fully remote. What you will do: • Define and execute a business development plan to prioritize, target, and establish lead generating partnerships with national distributors, • Build productive and professional relationships with key leaders within target firms and maintain high awareness/understanding at Garner's core product, • Coordinate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Client Services and Operations to manage partner needs and expectations, and inform go to market strategy, • Together with Sales Operations, design a data-driven approach, goals and metrics to drive and monitor the overall success of national partnerships, including contracting targets, timing and closure rates, and measuring the overall health of relationshipsWhat you will bring to the team:, • 5+ years of experience working in the employee benefits consulting space, • 5+ years of consultant/broker relationship management experience with national midmarket employer health benefits consultants and brokers (e.g. Acrisure, CBIZ, NFP), • An ability to manage complex projects and achieve results against tight deadlines, • A history of existing relationships in the employee benefit consultant space with intimate knowledge of inner works of the major firms, • A desire to work in a rapidly evolving startup environment

We reach almost 80,000 individuals and families, including almost 13,000 youth. CAMBA serves a diverse cross section of New Yorkers from new mothers in Brownsville to job seekers in the Rockaways. More than half of our clients are immigrants and refugees from around the globe. CAMBA operates 6 single adult shelters and 6 family shelters and one drop in center. Each shelter offers clients a supportive, structured therapeutic, safe, and drug-free facility. Homeless (often mentally-ill and substance-abusing) men and women are provided with comprehensive services to stabilize their condition in order to successfully transition into to permanent and/or supported housing. Broadway House Women’s Shelter in Bushwick serves 165 women, approximately 37 of whom are mentally ill and chemically addicted. Position: Case Manager I Reports To: Supervisor II (Clinical) Location: 1245 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11221 What The Case Manager I Does: The person filling this position is expected, under general supervision, to: (1) immediately formulate a plan and prepare clients for permanent housing placement; (2) engage individuals requiring social service assistance; (3) interview and evaluate clients, formulate Independent Living Plans and goals; and (4) locate and refer to appropriate community resources for clients; including the following: • Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality., • Practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures., • Comply with any and all Federal, State, City and CAMBA security and privacy polices intended to protect the security and privacy of individually identifiable health information., • Conduct initial intake and assessment of clients’ needs and periodic re-assessments., • Create and maintain client electronic and paper files., • Prepare initial psychosocial evaluation and update according to regulations., • Obtain and maintain relevant documentation and release forms from clients (i.e., birth certificate, proof of income, medical documents, release of Personal Health Information, etc.)., • In collaboration with clients, conduct periodic revisions of independent living plans including short-term and long-term client goals., • Assist clients in attaining their goals by identifying community resources and by referring clients to appropriate services both within and outside CAMBA (i.e., On-site medical services and psychiatric services, etc.)., • Work with clients to break through barriers to their goal(s) attainment., • Provide support, training and coordination with the other social services staff., • Assist clients in advocating for themselves in order to gain housing stability., • Recommend and implement strategies to persuade clients to participate fully in the process in order to transition into permanent housing., • Monitor clients' progress toward their goals via regularly scheduled face-to-face contacts/sessions., • Document all client encounters via progress notes using DHS CARES Database and printout notes for client’s paper file., • Ensure CARES Database is updated to reflect client request for services (i.e., car fare, appointments, passes, referrals, etc.)., • Follow-up with clients and with referral organizations regarding client contact and progress with referral organization., • Provide all required information for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports., • May act as client liaison/client advocate with outside organizations regarding such matters as education, healthcare, housing, legal issues, etc., • May schedule appointments for client with referral organizations., • May escort clients to appointments (educational, medical, social service, etc.), • May assist clients in completing applications for benefits and entitlements, and may process applications on clients' behalf., • May follow-up with clients for a period of time after successful completion of their primary goals to assure client stability., • May prepare marketing materials for the program., • Tasks may be modified, expanded and/or assigned over a period of time. Minimum Education/Experience Required: • Bachelor's degree (e. g., B.A., B.S.W.) and/or equivalent experience., • May be required to become First Aid/CPR certified., • May be required to become certified in overdose prevention. Our flagship Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) program provides paid transitional work experience, transitional housing, advanced occupational training, and comprehensive supportive services to individuals experiencing homelessness. The Doe Fund is also one of New York City’s largest nonprofit developers of permanent affordable and supportive housing, with more than 1,900 units in operation or pre-development. The Doe Fund has an annual operating budget of $80 million and a full-time staff of nearly 500, a significant portion of whom are graduates of our programs. We are seeking a Case Manager for The Doe Fund's newest permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS. The program is designed to provide long-term residential care and twenty-four-hour support services in a community environment that maximizes residents' independence while ensuring their physical and emotional security and well-being. This 255-unit residence will provide housing for 153 individuals and families referred by the New York City HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA) and the rest 102 units will be apartments for moderate-income households. The Case Manager is responsible for providing supportive case management services to the residents referred by HASA. The successful candidate will have strong clinical and communication skills along with experience working with the HIV/AIDS population.
