Job Description Our organization is in search of a Concierge Primary Care Physician dedicated to delivering exceptional care to both children and adults. We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to offer concierge-level primary and preventive services at a cutting-edge health center located in Hudson Yards, as well as at other upcoming sites. The practice is situated at 2875 Broadway, at the intersection of 112th Street and Broadway in Morningside Heights. This vibrant neighborhood in Upper Manhattan is bordered by Morningside Park to the east, 125th Street to the north, 110th Street to the south, and Riverside Park to the west. Our organization is currently seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join its Faculty Practice at our facility in Union Square. The Doctors-NoHo location is conveniently designed and offers a range of comprehensive primary care and internal medicine services, along with specialties in allergy, dermatology, gynecology, orthopedics, and sports medicine. 147th Street: This site features an established primary care practice with convenient subway access. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various PCPs, specialists, and administrative staff to ensure outstanding patient care, quality outcomes, and high satisfaction levels. Doctors - East 85th Street operates as a multispecialty medical practice in the Yorkville area of Manhattan's Upper East Side. Our team works in a highly cooperative environment to deliver quality care to patients of all ages, including primary care for children and adults, prenatal care, and various other specialties. We are also looking for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join our practice at the Behavioral Health Center, a state-of-the-art facility focused on community-oriented behavioral health services, integrating mental health, substance abuse, physical health, and social services for the Lower East Side community. West 14th Street: This established primary care practice offers excellent access to the vibrant West Village, known for its shopping, nightlife, and cultural offerings. The integrated primary care practice will serve both the patients of this facility and the surrounding community. The Union Health Center (UHC) is an innovative primary and multi-specialty center dedicated to providing well-coordinated and accessible healthcare. UHC has been serving New Yorkers for over a century, originally founded by the International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union (ILGWU) and the Amalgamated Clothing Workers of America (ACWA). Ansonia Building: Join us in a new approach to primary care that prioritizes both patient and provider experiences, optimizing the journey for everyone involved. The Mount Sinai West Primary Care FPA is located in the historic Ansonia building at 73rd and Broadway, featuring a beautifully renovated clinical space that emphasizes natural light and tranquility. Columbus Avenue: This thoroughfare on the West Side of Manhattan, known as Columbus Avenue between West 59th and 110th Streets, is surrounded by tree-lined streets and brownstones, making the Upper West Side one of New York City's most family-friendly neighborhoods for young professionals and seniors alike. Stuyvesant Town: Affectionately known as StuyTown, this large private residential development on Manhattan's east side features 110 buildings and 11,250 apartments, creating a community atmosphere reminiscent of a small town or college campus. Doctors Five Towns is a multispecialty group practice located in Hewlett on Long Island's South Shore, offering adult primary care and various specialties, including endocrinology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, adolescent medicine, and pulmonary medicine. Position Overview: * Deliver medical care in a high-functioning outpatient setting. * Engage in a university-affiliated, community-based practice. * Collaborate with colleagues in a multi-specialty practice as part of a world-class health system. * Compensation ranges from $210,000 to $275,000 (excluding bonuses, incentive compensation, or benefits). Qualifications: * Medical Degree from an accredited institution. * Valid New York Medical License. * Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Salary Information: Our organization provides a salary range to comply with New York City's Salary Transparency law. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, specialties, historical productivity, and community needs. Therefore, the final salary may be closer to either end of the range and, in some cases, may fall outside the listed range.
