The Role: What Youll Do * Direct Sales & Design: Conduct professional in-home consultations, using our proprietary tools to help NJ homeowners fall in love with their kitchens again. • Business Development: Actively "hunt" for new opportunities through cold outreach, local networking, and building referral partnerships with contractors and local businesses., • Full-Cycle Management: From the initial "warm" lead or cold call to the final contract and deposit, you own the relationship., • Market Growth: Represent Kitchen Tune-Up at regional home shows and community events to keep your pipeline overflowing.
