Job DescriptionSalary: $18 with tuition benefits East County Performing Arts Center (ECPAC) Join our growing team at East County Performing Arts Center as we expand into Pleasanton! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactiveStudio Host who will serve as the welcoming face of our studio. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with families, thrives in an organized environment, and enjoys being part of a positive, high-energy arts community. What Youll Do: Be the first smile families see. • Greet students and families warmly as they enter the studio, • Answer and forward emails in a timely and professional manner, • Answer phones and assist with parent inquiries, • Track and follow up on trial classes, • Assist with new student enrollment, • Provide support to teachers during class transitions, • Help communicate schedule updates or announcements, • Keep the lobby, front desk, and shared areas clean and organized, • Support a polished and professional studio environment What Were Looking For: • Warm, confident communicator who enjoys working with children and families, • Highly organized and detail-oriented, • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, • Professional and dependable, • Strong customer service mindset Position Details: Schedule: MondayFriday, 3:00 PM 7:00 PM We are looking for 12 team members to cover this schedule.
