Job Responsibilities: • Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive., • Engage with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner., • Deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting., • Answer phones promptly and handle inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm., • Maintain knowledge of our restaurant's to-go options, allergy protocols, and other important information to ensure guest satisfaction and safety., • Manage restaurant reservations according to established standards., • Keep accurate and detailed notes on guest reservations., • Seat guests efficiently while managing the seating chart and server sections., • Recognize and cater to the preferences of regular and VIP guests., • Communicate relevant guest information to managers, kitchen staff, and servers., • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and other scheduled employee gatherings., • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests., • Assist with opening and closing duties as required., • Support team members and other departments with tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and silverware folding., • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas and public spaces., • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor., • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment., • Ability to stand for extended periods., • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed., • Strong time management skills., • Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations., • Ability to lift and carry up to 10lbs frequently and 25lbs occasionally.
