Job DescriptionResidential Group Home Manager - Toms River, NJ Alberta - GH Job Description The Residential Manager is directly responsible for ensuring the creation of a safe and healthy environment that fosters communication, a sense of well-being, empowerment and support to the individuals supported by the program. The Residential Manager is responsible for overall management of the residential site they supervise and all staff working in the site.
