Provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation. Develop new deposit business. Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships. Participate in community affairs to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities. Responsibilities include: • Responsible for developing new business relationships while also retaining and expanding current business relationships to increase deposit growth and contribute to overall achievement of branch goals:, • Identify current customers with additional profit potential and develop action plans to expand those relationships, • Conduct regular sales calls to develop customer relationships and follow up on leads, • Make sales presentations to prospective businesses as requested. May work in conjunction with Business Development Officer., • Attain established individual, branch and Bank goals through active participation in sales management and business calling program, • Responsible for directing and administering the daily operations of the branch:, • Assist and effectively handle all operational issues or branch-related matters. Approve transactions, as required., • Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services to assist in answering questions from staff and customers, • Manage staff work schedules, including breaks, paid time off, and hours worked by part-timers to ensure adequate coverage of the Business Window. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Aquatic Director/Assistant Aquatic Director or Pool Manager, the lifeguards will be responsible for the safety of all members during the hours of pool operation by being on deck, actively patrolling the pool area, constantly remaining alert and scanning, enforcing all pool rules, and other duties as assigned by the Director, Assistant Director or Pool Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Ensure all health and safety guidelines are strictly adhered to., 2. Ensure safety of members and patrons and prevent injuries by actively guarding and supervising of pools by active scanning and patrolling., 3. Ensure the pool is safe and staffing is within YMCA standards when taking responsibility for the pool and when exiting off of duty., 4. Ensure your personal protective (rescue breather, gloves, fanny pack) is all in good working order and accessible per safety standards., 5. Have a complete understanding of, and be familiar with all emergency procedures, buzzers, buttons and YMCA standards, operations and protocols., 6. Ensure security of pool when leaving the pool area – no pool is ever left unguarded for any reason, at any time. Pool and pool deck must be vacated by all when guard must leave pool area., 7. React immediately to signs of individuals in distress., 8. Administer first aid to victims using OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Universal Precautions. Provide immediate care to sustain life until EMS arrives., 9. Complete all incident reports and save them at time of incident, including all pertinent information. Reports must be legible and state the facts as witnessed by the guard., 10. Maintain all aquatic standards and rules. Ensure no distractions or interference with the ability to hear or see signs of distress., 11. Adherence to all bathing code regulations, standards and safety measures., 12. Must keep all certifications current and have the ability to provide documentation of certifications at all times when requested., 13. ISAP is an essential part of ERO, providing intensive supervision of individuals in immigration proceedings. The program achieves positive results by combining comprehensive case management with proven supervision technology. In addition, BI maintains an extensive list of community-based partners to provide critical assistance for participants' basic life needs. With consistent positive outcomes, ISAP continues to grow and evolve, serving an ever-increasing number of participants. Responsibilities Summary Provides case management of Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants from entry to release by administering the program’s policies and procedures as defined by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews and updates case management and individual service plans for ISAP participants in conformance with state and federal regulations and program requirements. Meets with participants face-to-face regularly as required by contractual obligations., • Develops and maintains accurate and complete case records for all ISAP participants from entry to release from ISAP. Proactively manages cases using all appropriate tools and techniques. Maintains confidentiality of all records., • Conducts intake interview and orientation session with each ISAP participant within contractual timeframes and requirements., • Installs electronic monitoring equipment on ISAP participants as necessary and monitors compliance with electronic monitoring program., • Assists ISAP participants with acquiring travel documents from the countries of citizenship. Maintains a log of travel document information for each participant., • Evaluates English proficiency of ISAP participants to determine resources necessary to promote clear communication between ISAP staff and participants., • Coordinates and facilitates translation services for ISAP participants, including emergency translation services., • Connects participants with community resources including, but not limited to, transportation, medical, food, shelter, clothing, educational, financial, legal, religious and other social adjustment or facilitative resources.
