Job Description OVERVIEW The Marketing Communications Specialist supports the strategy, content, and execution of key internal and corporate communications initiatives. Plays a vital role in shaping how we communicate with employees, elevate our employer brand, and reinforce our company’s mission, values, and culture across all channels. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role suited for a strategic storyteller who can seamlessly move between executive communications, employee engagement, and external corporate brand representation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Internal Communications • Develops and executes a cohesive internal communications strategy to keep employees informed, inspired, and connected., • Manages the planning, content, and production of executive newsletters, messages, and other company-wide updates., • Partners with corporate and brand teams to craft communications that support business priorities and change initiatives., • Supports employer brand storytelling across digital platforms (LinkedIn and other social channels)., • Collaborates with HR/Talent Acquisition to create engaging content that highlights company culture, employee stories, and workplace achievements., • Drafts marketing communications that support corporate initiatives, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures., • Reviews and edits messages to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand, and seek to preserve the company's image., • Suggests ways of tailoring messages and delivery channels based on the targeted audience., • Supports the company’s corporate PR efforts by ideating, drafting, and editing press releases, media statements, and thought leadership content., • Works with external PR partners or agencies to ensure consistent messaging and media outreach., • Collects data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns., • Analyzes communication performance and employee engagement metrics to inform strategy., • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field., • 2-4+ years of experience, with expertise in internal/corporate communications and marketing., • Excellent oral, writing, and editing skills to tailor tone and style for executives, employees, and public audiences., • Strong storytelling, presentation, and organizational skills with attention to detail., • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior leadership.
