Responsibilities: • Gain knowledge of our full line of electrical heating products (electric radiant floor heat, snow melt systems, electric heaters, and more), • Assist customers with creating an accurate bill of materials via in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails, • Complete sales life cycle from prospecting, quoting, completing the sale, and ensure timely delivery of materials, • Maintain excellent customer service by helping to resolve customer inquiries and complaints, • 3-5 years of previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, • Ability to build rapport with clients, • Strong negotiation skills, • Able to handle heaving lifting of boxes that could weigh more than 50lbs, • Ability to work a full-time and steady role, Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm

This role focuses on managing customer relationships, processing orders, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring efficient coordination between customers and operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
