Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with heavy equipment, fleet maintenance, diesel equipment, or construction machinery., • Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and lubrication practices., • Basic mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills., • Ability to identify common equipment maintenance issues and safety concerns., • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record., • CDL preferred or willingness to obtain.
