This position will work between both Harlem and Queens locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and fidelity to the Home+ model, while uplifting anti-oppressive, survivor-centered, and healing-centered practices. What You’ll Do · Supervise Home+ Coordinators and Case Managers across Harlem and Queens boroughs. · Provide reflective supervision, coaching, and support rooted in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive frameworks. · Lead weekly team meetings, case conferences, and ensure staff are equipped with the tools and resources needed to provide high-quality, survivor-centered care. · Support staff with crisis intervention, ethical decision-making, and cross-systems advocacy. · Cultivate a team culture that values healing, accountability, racial equity, and restorative practice.
