Responsibilities: • Design electrical systems (power distribution, stand-by power generation, lighting, communication, fire alarm, security systems), • Manage team of electrical engineers in a variety of project design and development tasks:, • drawings, • calculations, • cost estimates, • specifications, • client communication, • contractor submittal reviews, • Review design documents, • Ensure department adheres to QA/QC standards, • Assist with developing QA/QC standards, • Assist with business development initiatives, • Mentor/train junior staff Requirements: • B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program, • 5+ years of consulting experience (designing building power, lighting, communication and security systems), • Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems preferred, • PE License, • Extensive knowledge of the architectural/engineering industry (Federal, State, and local laws/regulations), • Experience using Outlook and Microsoft Office (or similar software), • LEED Accreditation, • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Easy Power preferred Salary is commensurate with experience.
