The Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical and service goals. Schedule: This is a 37.5-hour work week Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with one late night shift until 6:30 pm. Rotating Saturdays between the hours 7:30 am to 12:30 pm. The schedule will be determined by the hiring manager upon hire.
