The Case Planner provides in-home counseling services to families in need of support in developing skill and competencies that will enable them to keep their children in the home and out of placement. The Case Planner will maintain a caseload of 12-14 families and provide change focused interventions with families to improve parental functioning, address life stressors, and improve overall familial functioning. This is happen over a course of 6 to 12 month length of service and a minimum of 2 face to face contacts with each family per month. The Case Planner will have to have at least 1 late night per week to meet the needs of working families. You must have: · Must have a Bachelor’s Degree. · Case Planner experience required. You should have: · Experience with the population served is preferred. A natural at public speaking and the art of selling, the Champagne Specialist is passionate and deeply knowledgeable about the ultra-premium Champagne category and will serve as key point-of-contact for the brands amongst trade. The Champagne Specialist is ideally based out of the NY Metro area and needs to be able to travel up to 70% of the year throughout 4-focus markets: California, Florida, New York (Metro), Texas. The ideal candidate is experienced in the commercial side of the business (account segmentation, influencing decision makers, effective selling stories that drive profit, product benefits, etc.) as well as hospitality.
